M23 from London, A23 then A27 to Lewes. Leave the A27 at the A26 exit left towards Tunbridge Wells.  Go through the tunnel and take the first left and immediately left again into Malling Street (opposite Tesco garage) which leads directly into South Street. 

We are opposite Number 70 South Street - the first house set back off the road.
